The Estates at Cienega Creek Presrve Board of Directors is an administrative body
established by The Estates at Cienega Creek Preserve Community Association, By-Laws adopted October 14, 2003 as an adjunct to
the The Estates at Cienega Creek Preserve Community Association Articles of Incorporation approved by the State of Arizona Corporation Commission
October15, 2003. See Governing Documents for more
information.
The Board meetings are typically held in March, June, September, and December. The Annual Meeting of the Members is typically held in November.
The meetings are typically held at 6:00 p.m. at the Rincon Valley Fire Station located on Camino Loma Alta. Notices are sent to all homeowners in advance of the meeting date.
Board of Directors' meetings are focused on the day to day business of the HOA. These meetings are open to all Homeowners.

The
Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is an administrative and policy enforcement body
established by Board resolution and subject to design and landscaping specifications included in The Estates at Cienega Creek Preserve documents. The
ARC administers a comprehensive design review process that reviews and approves, rejects or denies The Estates at Cienega Creek Preserve Class "A"
Voting Members Architectural Improvement Changes or Additions Applications. The ARC also drafts
architectural and landscape policies under the guidelines of the Governing Documents.

Under the direction of the Board President, the management companys role is to provide the Association with expertise and to assist in its day to day
operations by providing these services:
* Billing
* Record keeping
* Receive all inquiries
* Coordinate
* Newsletter and official mailings
* Update content on communication tools
* Conduct CC&R compliance inspections and issue violations
* Oversee the maintenance and security of the common areas
* Provide expertise * Monitor contractor performance
